The Starter plan costs $29/month and includes one company and one user. For a solo consultant running a single-entity business, that covers everything: invoicing, expense tracking, reporting, and API access. There is no feature gating. You get the full platform at the base tier.

If your practice grows and you add a second entity or bring on a bookkeeper, you can upgrade or add capacity without switching platforms. But for most independent consultants, the Starter plan is all you need.

API Access for Time-Tracking Integration

If you track billable hours in a tool like Toggl, Harvest, or Clockify, you can use Oproto's REST API to automate invoice generation. Pull your logged hours from your time-tracking tool, calculate the totals, and push an invoice into Oproto without manual data entry. The API supports creating invoices, recording expenses, and pulling reports programmatically.
