Multi-Entity Accounting at Scale

Dedicated environments, SSO, SLA options, and room to grow. Built for organizations that need more.

Scalability That Keeps Up with Your Organization

When your organization manages dozens or hundreds of entities across multiple locations and branches, you need accounting software that does not slow down as you grow. Oproto supports unlimited companies under a single account, so adding a new subsidiary, branch office, or regional entity takes minutes, not days of setup and procurement.

Enterprise accounts run in dedicated environments, isolated from other customers. This means predictable performance during month-end closes, no noisy-neighbor issues, and the ability to handle high transaction volumes without throttling. Whether you operate in three cities or thirty, the platform scales with you.

Each entity gets its own chart of accounts, its own users, and its own financial records. You can learn more about how multi-company accounting works across all plans, and how the platform infrastructure supports large-scale deployments.

SSO and Access Controls

Enterprise organizations need centralized identity management. Oproto supports SSO (single sign-on) integration, so your team authenticates through your existing identity provider. No separate passwords to manage, no extra credentials to rotate. Your IT team stays in control of who has access and when that access is revoked.

Beyond SSO, Oproto provides granular role-based access controls. You can restrict users to specific entities, limit what they can view or edit, and maintain a clear audit trail of every action. For a closer look at permissions and security features, visit the access control and security page.

SLA and Dedicated Support

Downtime is not an option when your finance team depends on the platform for daily operations. Enterprise customers can opt into an SLA (service level agreement) that guarantees uptime targets and defines response times for support requests. If something goes wrong, you have a clear escalation path and committed resolution timelines.

Enterprise accounts also get access to priority support channels and a dedicated onboarding process. We work with your team to migrate data, configure entities, and make sure the platform fits your workflows before you go live.

Custom Pricing for Enterprise

Enterprise needs vary widely. Some organizations manage fifty entities with low transaction volumes. Others run a handful of high-activity subsidiaries processing thousands of documents per month. A one-size-fits-all plan does not work at this scale.

Oproto offers custom pricing for enterprise customers based on your specific requirements: number of entities, transaction volume, user count, and support level. Contact our team to discuss your needs and get a tailored quote.

Payroll Compatibility

Oproto does not include built-in payroll processing. For organizations with employees across multiple locations, you will continue using your existing payroll provider, whether that is ADP, Paychex, Workday, or another service.

Oproto is compatible with third-party payroll providers through import and export. Your payroll team can export journal entries from the payroll system and import them into the correct entity's books in Oproto. This keeps payroll data synchronized with your accounting records across every subsidiary and branch, without manual re-entry or duplicate data.

API and Automation

At enterprise scale, manual data entry is not sustainable. Oproto provides a full REST API that lets your engineering team automate document creation, pull financial data into internal dashboards, and integrate with your existing ERP or business intelligence tools.

Whether you need to sync transactions from a POS system, generate invoices from a CRM, or feed accounting data into a data warehouse, the API gives you programmatic access to everything in the platform. See the full details on the API and automation tools page.
