Protecting Your Financial Data

Financial data is sensitive, and access to it should be tightly controlled. Oproto uses role-based permissions so you can decide exactly who on your team can view, create, edit, or delete records. If you manage multiple companies, you can grant access on a per-entity basis, meaning your property manager only sees the rental LLC and your accountant sees everything. Each company's data is logically isolated, so there is no risk of records from one entity appearing in another. For larger organizations, SSO integration connects Oproto to your existing identity provider, and audit logging tracks every action so you have a clear record of who did what. Security is not an add-on here; it is built into every plan.
